Efficient Filtration Capacity: These filters use sintered polypropylene filter cartridges to effectively remove moisture and particulate pollutants from compressed air. They offer multiple filtering accuracies, with common options including 5μm, 25μm, 40μm, and 75μm.
Various Drainage Methods: Depending on the model, manual (such as 1/4 turn knob), semi-automatic, or automatic drainage options are provided.
Flexible Selection of Filter Cups: Users have the choice between transparent polycarbonate filter cups (with a liquid level indicator for easy observation of water accumulation) or metal filter cups (usually made of zinc alloy or aluminum).
Wide Working Temperature Range: The working temperature range varies depending on the type of filter cup: Transparent cup with a protective cover has a range of approximately -20°C to +50°C, while the metal cup can reach -20°C~+65°C (F72G) or even -20°C~+80°C (F73G/F74G).
Optional Filter Life Indicator: Users can opt for a filter life indicator that provides a visual indication (changing from green to red when the filter needs to be replaced) or an electrical indicator for timely understanding of the filter status and preventive maintenance.
